Fables.

http://nofables.tumblr.com/

I have started a new blog. It is called Fables. It is a visual diary, including photographs I have taken and things which I have found to interest me during the course of my travels. It is essentially a short excerpt into my life - self indulgent I know. Fables will live and be fully integrated into my new portfolio site (coming soon).

Derek the flapjack has become pretty dormant. In the end it didn’t really make sense to me to keep this blog - it was neither one thing or the other. Maybe Derek will return one day, but for now his adventures have a new home.

R.I.P. Derek the flapjack.

A video invite I worked on for the exposure Christmas party. Turn your speakers on. Design, copy and animation done by myself. Only had less than a day to work on it before it needed to be sent out, but I was quite happy with it. The party turned out to be a drunken mess. Result.

Exposure Press Days SS11

Artwork and invites for exposure spring/summer 2011 press days. The roll (pictured at the bottom) was printed 6 feet x 20 feet. It now hangs in our studio. (Sorry for the re-upload, I was a bit premature with the first one!)

Check out good friend Nathan’s new blog. He’s capturing his moments in New York city all on film. Some really nice shots and even a few cheeky ones of myself there included. Go.

The concept is that this is the code the machine has built in in order to understand the universal greeting. It doesn’t make sense the code, but you get the idea.

I’m not dead. Just busy. I am going to start to posting actively again, and documenting the stuff I do / inspires me. Here is a photo I took today of my friend Nathan.
New York is awesome.

No mac, new country

Derek’s adventures are going to be postponed for a little while while he’s settles in to life in New York and waits for his Macbook to be fixed.
